SELF-SERVICE PORTAL (2022)
The ask was to ultimately lessen the back-and-forth between teachers, schools, districts, and our client, Elevate K-12. We proposed and created a self-service portal for educators to communicate seamlessly with the client and find the resources they need without having to wait for another reply in their inbox.
As the Design Lead, I was responsible for overseeing the design project roadmap, running user research sessions, and creating the self-service portal's vision for teachers to spend less time in email chains, and more time doing what they love: teaching.
This saved the client over 400 hours annually of difficult to track back-office work and smoothed out the disjointed communication flow from their educators.
