INTERAL APPLICATION MODERNIZATION (2023)

THE BRIEF.

Working within the constraints of a limited component library, we were tasked by National Air Cargo to migrate their old internal desktop platform over to a newer cloud-based browser application and modernize its design and functionality.

MY ROLE.

As the Creative Director, I worked in the middle ground between design, frontend development, and business. I was responsible for managing and teaching Sarina, leading the initiative to centralize the disjointed existing design system to refresh all the components to have proper variations, handling client/design collaboration and communciation, and overseeing the design roadmap for current and future sprints to keep the team on track.
